I would like to see the actual conviction rates on those, and sure would be nice if there was a column for HCP Holders vs. average Citizen.

I would hazard a guess that LEO's get accused by "want to get even" individuals at a higher rate than average Citizens do, but then the conviction rate would satisfy that question.

The disparity in the homicide accusatory rate is phenomenal though.

I agree with your desire Richard. After about an hour searching, it was the only site I found that had extracted data (but that of course turns on my inartful use of search terms). I did not look at base data or try to pull it.

The talking points document I posted a couple of months back have cites for conviction rates of officers vs citizens at large, as well as shootings of innocent bystanders of police officers vs hcp holders. I'll try and look up the cites tomorrow and see if there is anymore data available...
