I could believe that, since 1994 there has been no legal gun permit holders in Tennessee that broke the law. I could even believe that all gun holders are all good guys. I could believe that the change in laws to allow gun holders in bars and restaurants would be a good thing. I could even go along with the idea that these gun holders would not drink. But I am pretty naive and this is honestly something I haven't got my arms around yet. I do know that a gun in the wrong persons hand is not a good thing, that gun in the wrong persons hand with a drink will hurt or kill someone.
What I worry about is the good people serving drinks that have to ask for I.D.. (I think they have to ask everyone they serve their age. Are these good people now responsible to ask if the person ordering the drink has a firearm on them?
Will therestraunt servers and bartenders be held liable for any damages by a legal gun permit holder that doesn't show there firearm?
