They have not made a case, unless you like to repeat yourself over and over. I have read what has been posted and printed but there is nothing that would convince me to not support this bill. In Texas they carry all over the place including bars, Etc. Why dont we use the facts, if we the law abiding had the right to carry in bars,nightclubs, etc then the shootings that have happened like the hooters shooting(knoxville) may have been prevented if people knew LAW ABIDING PEOPLE that carried were there. I have trained over time to use my sidearm for the protection of my country, family, and my community. The law requires us not to be drinking, if you do you lose your right to carry...period! someone needs to put this nonsense so that everyone understands what is truely going on. If you watch the anti gun people with thier body guards, the guards are armed. so what does that tell you? They the anti-gun folks say we cant carry but its ok for thier body gaurds to carry. just look at Rosie O'donell body guards and she claims to be anti gun.......This law suit is just another attemp by the so called anti gunners to take away our rights to protect ourselves. What will happen to them when the crooks take away from them because we could'nt do anything to protect them from themselves????

I spoke for a short time with Randy Rayburn in The Court House just before the Restaurant Carry Hearing on July 13th. I introduced myself to Mr. Rayburn in the hallway and spoke very nice & polite with him and explained why I felt him "posting" at his establishment was a bad idea. I told him about my husband Ben being murdered in Jonny's Sports Bar infront of me. I can tell you that this man turned pretty nasty and hateful right away. He WAS NOT nice at all. He was practically yelling at me. Yelling at a widow......nice. He told me I was just lucky I did not get shot if I had been allowed to have my gun because I would have been fumbling around in my purse to try and get it. I did not even bother letting him know that my gun would have been on my hip in my holster. It was not worth it to continue letting him yell at me. As he continued his rant I just said...well...nice to meet ya'! See ya! Shook his hand and when into Courtroom 1. The guy is just NOT NICE AT ALL. His face was bright red and he was boiling. Who would have thought a little lady could get a big guy like that so worked up?
