Restaurant Carry Celebration

Postby johnharris » Sun Jun 07, 2009 8:09 am

I will be placing orders for TFA golf shirts, t-shirts and hats this week. I am anticipating that we may have a rush of orders as people want to get their garments pressed for a big turnout in restaurants in July to celebrate the VETO override. Because of this I would like some feedback on how many shirts/hats I need to order above normal inventory levels (which have been moving very quickly since November 2008). Keep in mind that if you are one of several in a group but not everyone is a permit holder that by suggesting even non-permit holders wear the TFA shirts/hats that you are less likely to be singled out.....

Generally, shirts and hats are all black with TFA logo embroidered on the left pocket.

We order in size S to 3X.

We order golf, t's and have had a request for some button down long sleeves (I have to have a minimum order of 6 but can mix sizes).

We are trying to keep the prices in this range

hats $10 (although a "Made is USA" may push us to $15)
T's $15
Golf - $35 although we are looking at a lighter weight to try to get to $30
Dress shirts look like will be in the $35 to $45 range

John,

On a post from several days ago, I inquired as to whether the golf shirts were 100% cotton or poly/cotton blend. I will definitely take a 2XL if it is a poly/cotton blend. Thanks.

I will want a golf shirt, and the dress shirt as well. XL or 2XL depending on sizing.

I might be in for a dress shirt. Will it have any chest pockets?

Ben, I am pretty sure with are going with Poly/Cotton on the golf shirts. Probably going with Haynes Beefy-T's.

On the dress shirts, these one we are looking at have pockets. It will be the only shirt ordered with pockets.

Richard, I normally wear a 2x. I could probably wear an XL but I like loose shirts.

On a related note, are any TFA members owners, managers, or otherwise employed by a restaurant? I would rather spend my money at places where I could help out other members' bottom lines.

Pol

John,

The email address I have for you caused my email to you to get kicked back. (JohnHarris@mail.TennesseeFirearms.com) I hated to send it to your harrislawoffice email address, but I did. Please forgive me.

I received my TFA polo shirt today, and it's 100% cotton. I'm not going to bother returning it, however, I really would have preferred a poly / cotton blend. If the shirts you offer in the future are poly / cotton blend, please let me know. The web page didn't indicate the material the shirts were made of, and I went ahead and ordered one because you thought they were a blend.

Thanks,

Ben
