Cool Springs Mall now has a conforming sign, complete with red strikethrough over a revolver.

This sign was not present on 7/26, but is there as of 8/11. My wife had special ordered something and I had to go back to the car and disarm before going in and picking it up.

I saw the conforming signs last week. The print is small, which makes it difficult to read unless one is close to the sign. I wonder if the the sign could be challenged as violating the "plainly visible" requirement of 39-17-1359.

I was at the mall last week but I entered through sears but I did not notice any signs on there doors or when leaving sears going into the mall guess I was lucky

The entrances to the parking lots are posted. You have to REALLY look for the sign. It appears to be legal but if it didn't have the "gunbusters" gun and slash, I would not have even noticed them.

Parking lots being posted shouldn't fly at all legally because it's the "establishment" that must be posted. And if every major entrance to the mall isn't posted them the whole mall is still open to carry
