Just realized that the Hamblen County Court House became posted within the last year but uses the red circle with slash over a revolver. From what I understand is that those government facilities that were posted prior to the new signage requirement didn't have to update but I thought any new postings are required to comply with the newer signage law.
Note that this building houses most the county offices as well as a court room.
