Are all TN State Parks off limit for HCP holders?

Under current state law, TCA 39-17-1311, all state parks are open for permit holders. All federal parks are open for permit holders(insofar as state law is an issue). As for local, county and city parks, the default rule is that they are open for permit holders BUT the state allows local governments to enact resolutions to close local parks. To my knowledge, there is no reliable database on which local parks are open or closed.

Is there going to be any work done on the parks issues in 2015?

I'd like not having so much confusion on carry in parks.

Yes, there are a number of bills pending on the "parks" issue. Now, the question is whether the Republican super majority and governor will do what they have promised when they campaigned as being strong 2nd Amendment supporters.
