I have some business that will take me into the Inman Court Housing Project here in Lebanon. Can I legally carry there with a standard Handgun Carry Permit? I really don't want to go in there without my pistol.

I would think you are ok. The housing projects are just that. You still have your 2A rights and there is nothing I have seen in any of the project houses to say you can't carry. The residents can carry so why can't you.
