1. The correct term is 'Martial Law'.
2. That is rather egregious. Someone should have challenged its constitutionality.

Thanks.. There' I fixed it.. I often mix up words that sound the same but have different meanings while typing.. 
Yes, it should have been challenged, & really someone should still challenge it.. Unfortunately the FBI is too busy wasting their time surveilling Tea Party Express members..
