The BP/Little General on the east end of Lexington at 1040 E. Church st. The one with the Baskin Robbins in it. They had a generic no smoking/firearms sign on the front door. My wifes mom works there and she pointed it out to us. I told her we wouldn't be spending anymore money there. I took a picture of it and emailed it to everyone. My wife still went there in the mornings to see her mom but she wouldn't spend any $ there. It is the only Baskin Robbins any where near us so it was sad but everyone put enough pressure on them and the lack of sales prevailed. They took down the sign. They made some B.S. excuse that one of the employees was supposed to have cut that part off the sign but didn't. Anyway we won on that one.

Actually , it is my understanding that if a sworn police officer let's the Tn dept of safety know who the person was and files a complaint that that persons HCP would be revoked at that point. Is this not correct? If it is then that would remove the offending persons right to carry it concealed or openly would it not?
