This is disturbing to me, folks. And when you consider how the mainstream media fawns over Obama (especially when it presents a good photo-op) I find it interesting that this hasn't been mentioned yet. But perhaps the mainstream media would rather the parents not know... For those that didn't care for their history teacher and slept through this part of their 20th Century History class, or for those that have forgotten...

Condensed from Wiki (I know, I know, but Wiki was quick and you will get the point): The Hitler-Jugend (or, in English, Hitler Youth) was a paramilitary organization of the Nazi Party. It existed from 1922 to 1945. The Hitler-Jugend was the second oldest paramilitary Nazi group, founded one year after its adult counterpart, the Sturmabteilung (the SA). By 1930, the Hitler-Jugend had enlisted over 25,000 boys aged fourteen and upwards. It also set up a junior branch, the Deutsches Jungvolk, for boys aged ten to fourteen. Girls from ten to eighteen were given their own parallel organisation, the Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM), League of German Girls. The Hitler-Jugend were viewed as future "Aryan supermen" and were indoctrinated in anti-Semitism. One aim was to instill the motivation that would enable Hitler-Jugend members, as soldiers, to fight faithfully for the Third Reich. The Hitler-Jugend put more emphasis on physical and military training than on academic study. The Nationalsozialistischer Reichsbund für Leibesübungen (NSRBL), the umbrella organization promoting and coordinating sport activities in Germany during the Nazi period, had the responsibility of overseeing the physical fitness development programs provided to the German youth.

After the boy scout movement was banned through German-controlled countries, the HJ appropriated many of its activities, though changed in content and intention. For example, many HJ activities closely resembled military training, with weapons training, assault course circuits and basic tactics. Some cruelty by the older boys toward the younger ones was tolerated and even encouraged, since it was believed this would weed out the unfit and harden the rest.

The HJ wore uniforms very like those of the SA, with similar ranks and insignia.

Here is the deal: On September the 8th, Obama is planning an unprecedented nationwide address to the K-12 students in all public schools. Nothing specific has been mentioned as far as what his subject matter will be. What I have seen documented so far makes it sound like it will be a big, warm, fuzzy, "Let's all pull together" speech. But how much do you trust this man in speaking with your kids? I have read the information below and really don't like what I see. "What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?" See the links below and decide for yourself if you will let your kids be subjected to this.

Now, although my son is not in a public school, I can tell you what I would do if he was:
FIRST - I would call the school and ask them if they were participating in this "program." If yes, I would ask them why I had not been informed. I would then let them know that my child would not be attending school that day. If they say that they are not participating, I would make sure that they understood that I am to be contacted if there is a change in plans regarding the issue.

SECOND - I would advise as many of my contacts with school age children of this situation so that they can be aware of what is going on in our schools.

THIRD - I would call my local newspaper and ask them what they knew about the program, and if they intended to let parents know about it. A paper with a liberal agenda would probably just say "we didn't know, but we will report on how it went." A paper that has a liberal agenda but is hurting for stories to report may go ahead and make an announcement beforehand that would alert at least some parents to the situation.

FOURTH - I would see if I could find someone inside the school (if the school is participating in the program) that would give you an honest report as to how things went.

FIFTH - On September 8th, I would watch this garbage on my computer (according to the letter "it will be broadcast live on the White House website http://www.whitehouse.gov 12:00 noon eastern standard time") so that I could gain an even better understanding of just what this administration is trying to do and how they intend to do it.

Unrepentant terrorist, socialist, and Obama advisor WILLIAM AYERS has said: "We have to get them while they are young!" I guess he picked that up out of the Goebbels "handbook for those that wish to stay in power for as long as possible."

Not only does Obama want our kids to "get with the program", he might be able to shut down our ability to communicate with each other on the internet. Check out the proposed legislation called the The Cybersecurity Act of 2009 at this link:

Based upon a claimed emergency, Obama could shut down the internet available to the everyday citizen. Scary thought, huh? An emergency is in the eye of the beholder... What he feels is an emergency might only be so to him. For example: My son is in the kitchen and yells "WASP! WASP! WASP! Kill it daddy!" I run to the kitchen to see a wasp on the outside of the door that opens to the deck. I find out I just ran a flight of stairs for an insect that was outside - but to my son, it needed killing! For him, it was an emergency... For me, and interuption to my gun cleaning. But what if I had told my son he had unlimited power to kill wasps - just pick up the old 12 gage loaded with #7 low brass and kill him? I would be looking at replacing a door and quiet possibly a door frame and some dry wall, too.

What if Obama decides that there is too much conservative talk going on across the internet? That conservative talk might incite folks to action (what kind, I would not yet know). That action could be bad for the "nation's infrastructure". Okay, that is an emergency... Shut down the internet. Done. There, fixed that!

If he can fix the internet, and then get rid of those pesky conservative talk shows on the radio and television, he could breath a lot easier... And about the radio and television problems... Check out these links:
