looking for land

Ok, it quite a stretch to tie this to firearms but I might.

I have been looking for some land to use recreationally. I have access to land now close to Nashville but it will likely sell for more than I would pay in the next 3 years. I also have land under lease but that has its own set of issues. So, I am looking to purchase recreational/hunting land. I have looked at tracts in Perry, Henry, Hickman and Clay counties. Most it is undeveloped land in the $300 to $750 per acre price range in tracts from 100 to 350 acres.

I would appreciate any assistance or leads that any of you may have or would be willing to share concerning tracts within say 2 hours of Nashville that may be available.

John, my Father is a developer, and has large chunks he may be able to offer. I can't guaruntee they are all low priced or maybe what you want, but some of them are without a doubt great places for a hunter.

Chattanooga area, some in Sequatchie county.
