Sotomayor enemy to the 2nd ammendment

Recently sotomayor the nominee for supreme court justice made the statement that the second amendment does not grant the right to bear arms to every citizen in every state. This individual in my estimation paraphrases and openly interprets our bill of rights as some sort or changing morphing document to fit current times. this is totally unacceptable. I had someone on this site tell me we dont need to worry about her because she replaces a worthless vote. I see this sort of wisdom as unacceptable, I dont believe we should have jurists for the highest court in the land be anything less than strictly abiding to the constitution and bill of rights as written. I have begun my campaign against this. I see this as fungus, something that you dont notice or consider harmful in the beginning until it has taken over and changed the landscape from what it once was, MOHO

I totally agree with your statements. We must be careful with the reasoning that she's only "one vote", since in the next 3 years I fully anticipate additional retirements.

sotamayor's decision concerning reverse racism with the firefighters was overturned by the supreme court, time for another letter to my senators, obviously the woman is a racist, we do not need that in the supreme court, much less a liberal prepared to wage war on our constitution.

She, like too many others, decides cases based on what she "feels" rather than what the constitution and laws provide. She then uses parts of the constitution, the laws and some prior precedent to support her conclusion. The Supreme Court reversal shows clear evidence of her unfitness to be a member of that body. I am not saying every Supreme Court reversal is a brand of incompetence - but this one clearly is.

It's probably a landslide YES vote, because they're cowards, who are afraid of being called racist, nevermind the fact that she IS RACIST, so scared to tell the truth cause someone might judge them.. well they're gonna give lots of power to a racist who doesn't care if she is judged and can't wait to judge us all.. where is the patriotism, holder might not have been to far wrong calling us a nation of cowards, it seems like the majority are in washington d.c. ,,,,

Just heard on radio that Alexander has stated he will voted for Sotomayor. At what point does the camel's back break? What does it take for our neighbors to stop supporting this RINO?

Lamar is siding with Obama. We all knew how bad he was, or thought we did. I wonder how low he will go now.
