JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION - CANDIDATES

I am applying for a position on the Judicial Nominating Commission.
The purpose of the commission is select judges who are then sent to
the Governor for consideration and confirmation. It is my belief that
as a gun owner, supporter of the TFA and NRA, and of the state and federal constitutions,
that we need judges who will follow the law. A judge's role is not to legislate and
come up with new law based on what they think. Their role is reserved
specifically to interpret existing law and analyze it against the constitution and
prior caselaw.
I am asking for TFA members to support me in this endeavor by emailing
the Lt. Governor and the Speaker of the House in my favor for this commission.

We have had success in the legislature, but that success may in the future be undermined
if we have judges who will not follow the law, but their own agenda.
