Hey all....new here. I'm just curious. I can't find in HB716 where it addresses municipal parks carry. I see a prohibition keeping TDEC and state and local govts from banning carry within boundaries of state parks, but no specific language pertaining to local parks. The buzz in the media for the 'guns in parks' bill keeps referencing 'local parks' and 'municipalities'.

Its in an amendment.
