On April 27 the Governor signed HB0046 into law. This was a bill carried by TFA member and state legislator Joshua Evans as one of his first official acts as a state legislator. As introduced, the bill prohibits the Department of Safety or any department approved handgun safety course employee from requiring applicant for handgun carry permit to furnish any identifying information concerning any handgun the applicant owns or possesses.
