Posted: Sun May 17, 2009 7:37 pmIf you ask me the whole thing is a crock, just imagine the outcry if it had been something else like bibles, "you can own any bible you want but this one cause we don't feel you have a need for this bible". In my opinion almost all gun laws are unconstitutional.

Posted: Mon May 18, 2009 7:50 amThe more I think of this the more it seems to me like the title of this thread is very misleading. The soldier was convicted for a gun malfunction (this is bad enough). The title of this thread makes it sould like he was arrested and convicted just for owning one.
Please change the threads title to reflect it more accuritly. We should not be misleading and trying to spread the same mis-information that the Brady folks are.
