Does this also mean that the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court also believes that states can take away a person's right to assemble...to speak freely about his beliefs and views...to worship or not worship God???
I would assume they must!~
I would say that this decision is just the most recent in a long line of judicial decisions that prove the just because someone dons a black robe it doesn't mean they have the common sense of a tree slug.
