IS THERE A STATE OR FEDERAL LAW THAT SAYS HOW MUCH AMMO A INDIVIDUAL CAN HAVE INCLUDING RELOADING SUPPLIES AND IS THERE A LAW STATING HOW IT SHOULD BE STORED ?

I believe there are cities which have codes that limit primer storage to 10,000 primers (not counting loaded ammo - just primers sitting around).
I don't think you'll get in trouble for violating it, but if your house burns down and the cause of the fire is blamed on the primers, I believe your insurance does not have to pay for your loss.

Why do we see in the media that the police went to a home and found an ARSANAL?? I have asked different LEO's who say that there is no law against owning a number of firearms or ammo but still see the arsanal word used a lot!!!

In keeping with the normal paper's liberal slant, they owe a fiduciary responsibility to "their" public to paint all gun owners as troglodytes.
