Hi John and others, I have been reading and responding to your email alerts for a little while now. I have a few questions on becoming a member. I see paypal is an option now right? and also I was wondering about an easy pay option for the life member (regular payments or something) I am currently a life NRA member but living in Tennessee I would like to also help out closer to my home and interests. I work a rotating shift and would like to be more involved but it is hard to schedule with my hours varying day to day. Don

Good questions and glad you are asking them.
Yes, TFA can accept payments through PayPal for memberships, shirts, hats and even the Red Book.
Life Members - TFA has had an informal policy of accepting installments on a life membership. The membership is issued at a life status when all payments are made (we have had to implement this policy since 2 individuals have started the payments and then stopped).
More involved. Understood that lots of interested individuals have diverse demands on their times. There are still lots of things that can be done. This would include contacting legislators (letters and faxes work too); contacting prospective members; writing articles for the Sentry (review a range, your firearms selections, etc.); reporting posted properties and writing letters to property owners; helping with development of artwork for TFA flyers, etc., Everyone has talents of some shape form or fashion that could be beneficial to TFA!

PayPal does have an anti-gun policy and I feel like we rub it in their face with every use of it.

Well, I intend to pay for my life membership here with paypal. Since they have been used for purchases of parts for my Glock and Colt and most of my holsters and gun books there anti-gun stance is not to effective. Now if we could just change their mentality! Don

I have lurking around here for a while. Hopefully, I will join sometime soon. My issue is saving up money what with college expenses.
