Knoxville Chapter - February 2004 Meeting

Yes Virginia, there is a Knoxville TFA Chapter. Our next meeting is on February 3, 2004 at Bob's Mountaineer Restaurant 11 miles south of the Henley Street Bridge on the right side of the Chapman Highway. Our guest speaker is Ryan Patrick who will speak on Class III weapons. As previously noted, you do not have to be a TFA member to attend the meeting. All those interested in protecting their gun rights are welcome to attend.

The January speaker was State Senator Tim Burchett, who gave attendees considerable insight in the legislative workings in Nashville. One tip was to keep your letters and email SHORT and TO THE POINT, preferable ONE paragraph and no more than two. Legislators receive many letters and emails, depending on the subject and they don't have time to read several pages which is usually a rant. So keep it short but do it often
