House Bill 0284 amends the TN code to make hunting, fishing and taking of wildlife a right of Tennessee citizens. With this bill as well as HJR 0035, HJR 0104, SJR 0043 and SJR 0044 Tennessee would joined six states that have passed this type of legislation.

Time to contact the legislators and get them to support this.

There are several of these bills pending in both the house and senate.

My big question is - what happens to the "right to hunt" when TWRA taxes it out of existence with license increases and permit fees?
