Posted: Tue Aug 26, 2008 9:23 amI do think that is accurate. The whole purpose of 39-17-1350 was to give on and off-duty law enforcement more ability to carry than civilians (although the court's consistently say that "off-duty" law enforcement are nothing more than civilians).
