Prentice Cooper Range?

Any thoughts on the Prentice Cooper Range? Is it free? When can you go?

PC Range hours...

Range is closed Tue & Wed. for maint and any time there is an organized hunt in the WMA.
Hours are sun-up to sunset except Sunday 1pm to sunset.
Yes it is free, and it is nicer than many pay ranges. Concrete tables and all under cover. 7, 10 & 15 yard pistol and 50 & 100 yard rifle.
Only "facilities" are an out house.
