Tennessee Firearms Assoc. Inc.

The next scheduled meeting time for the Nashville chapter would be Tuesday, December 16. What I would like suggestions regarding is topics or speakers. Do we just have a Holiday social or actually line up a specific speaker?

John, I think our open forum October 16th meeting went well... Perhaps a Social/Open forum format is a good idea. We certainly won't have any trouble filling up the 1 hour! - Mike

What time is the meeting? (sorry if I missed it).

I joined the TFA this past Saturday while at the Tennessee Military Collectors Association Show in Franklin. I hope to be able to make the Dec. TFA meeting to meet John Harris and the rest of the TFA members.

Welcome aboard!

The Nashville chapter meets at the Shoney's on Interstate drive, just across from LP Field, home of the Titans.

The meeting is from 6:30-7:30PM. Many people come early to eat & socialize, and some stay a bit afterward to
socialize as well, though I think the latest I've been there is around 8:30.

There's no charge, unless you choose to eat.

Would it be out of the norm to suggest some name tags? The cheap "Hello, my name is...." tags found at Office Depot & whatnot? Or is that going to be a tad bit too much?

Can we get Mumpower to come? If not for December, then maybe for early next year?

And nametags would be good, I think.

Nametags are good - we will give it a try.

Mumpower, is a good chance once they come in session but will really need to be able to demonstrate 50+ attendance.

As I arrive early to the meetings, I will bring some stick-on name labels.......
Any suggestions as to info written on labels?
First name only, first and last name, forum handle, favorite color...?
Or just put what you want on it?

My preference is first name, maybe last name.
Written legibly and large - getting old and my eyes don't see none to good.
