Born in Pakistan and raised in Saudi Arabia he gave his opinion on many issues of those areas. His background of being an oil engineer allowed him to discuss the overall energy situation and the U.S. energy policy.

Mr. Sabri stayed well after the meeting adjourned answering questions until 10 PM.
