We appreciate Alderman Elliott's considerate e-mail. I thanked her for that and reminded her that she is always welcome at the Shelby TFA.

Mr. McGarrity:

I regretfully will not be there tomorrow night. My employer, Dr. James Turner, reminded me today that I had a dinner seminar that I must attend tomorrow evening planned at least one month ago. I had forgotten in the interim that I had this commitment to my employer. Please accept my apology for this.
Sincerely - Emily Elliott
