Does anybody have a link to a webpage that has the portion of the law that states where we can not legally carry? ie places that sell alcohol for onsite consumption etc.

A friend just got his permit and his class instructor told him he could carry where alcohol is sold for onsite consumption as long as he didn't drink. He was also told he could not carry in a liquor store. This sounds exactly backward and I want to print out the law to show him.

Any help would be appreciated.
