Why is HB3125 Not showing up on the means and ways calendar for today?
http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/Calenda ... darID=1993Also, supposedly the bill attached to it SB3012 was passed off/referred to calendar committee on 4-13-10 so I wonder what has become of that?

Duh,
That was the senate schedule. It is in the house finance means and ways.

Looks like 2694 is on the judiciary committee today last thing at 3PM.

I get back after a two week road trip tomorrow. Plan on having a face to face, heart to heart with Jimmy Eldridge this weekend.
Very disappointed with this weeks results.

The notice required by this section shall be in English, but a duplicate
notice may also be posted in any language used by patrons, customers or
persons who frequent the place where weapon possession is prohibited. In
addition to, but not in lieu of, the sign set out in subdivision (4), notice may also
include the international circle and slash symbolizing the prohibition of the item
within the circle.
That is part of amendment one. To me that says that they can use the international symbol but it has to be accompanied by the tca statement as well. At least that is how it reads above to me anyways.
