Good luck John. Unless I am reading it wrong, the moderator probably has a bias against you.

Of course he has a bias, it is the Freedom Forum. This was an informal discussion and I do not believe he was unfair in any way to anyone on the panel.

The forum moderator was very fair.

I concur with John's statement, and I was a panel participant as well.

I actually enjoyed the discussion. What comes out in the media (if anything) will have to be seen. There were several reporters in attendance, so the opportunity for spin is obvious.

The opportunity to speak directly, my thoughts to Mr. Peck, made the trip worth it. I was pleasant, but pointed.

However the moderator was genuinely gracious, and I thought the questions were fair.

Of course, the paper pushes the "public's right to know". Whatever. I just renewed my DL, and I was given the option of keeping that information private. However, I do not have the information to keep the HCP information private. Anybody else see a double standard ? (If I want someone to know I have an HCP, I'lll tell them myself.)

Well, I'll be going to work as an armed guard soon in all likelihood. If some thug that I have to deal with attacks me personally (outside of work) because he found my info online, you can bet I'll be at least attempting to sue whoever gave him/her access to it.

Dan,

Hate to break it to you, but that is even more detailed than HCP databases.
