I agree falcon, like schools and parks, and even other venues, Tennessee as far as I know has been fortunate to have massive deaths at schools from planned massacres like columbine or virginia tech, maybe we have and I don't know it, but for liberal fat heads with thick wallets to say it's all for the kids, I wonder if their minds would change should they be as unfortunate as some of the parents of virginia tech students or others.Rolling the dice and hoping for the best is not sound or reasonable.

Anyone know the trial date? We need top keep a close eye on this one. If it goes against the security firm,
it likely will not make the big time news. Not in their best interest.
If the plaintiff prevails, it may make the locals rethink their opt out choice.
