yes it does, they think because they are cops, that they themselve's are ABOVE THE LAW, its a disease that runs rampant in Washington D.C. if an illegal was wearing a turban and was muslim he would be arrested on the spot and waterboarded, but if they're mexican national and here illegally ,nothing, yet they drive without insurance or license ,drunk and run over and kill citizens and police officers,, I would think serpas should be more concerned with that , than a law abiding citizen with a carry permit
