The concepts covered are very important for us to understand the problems with the Tn. Legislature and the total failure of office holders to protect and uphold the CONSTITUTIONS of the state of Tn. and the U. S. The fact that four SCOTUS justices recently(Helller vs DC) voted that same way further illustrates the abject failure of our federal and state government. A significant part of the problem is the lack of education of "THE PEOPLE".
In this presentation, the repeated phrase "handgun permit" dissiminates the erroneous concept that a permit is required for a handgun. A factual reading of the law contradicts this concept(It is a CARRY PERMIT). We(the 2nd. A. supporters) are repeatedly corrupting the eduction of those("THE PEOPLE") who don'know better. I HOPE is was UNINTENTIONAL in this case! Let's avoid erroneous dissemination, we have more distortions of our RIGHTS from the left wing members of GOVERNMENT than we have been able to resolve .
