Thought the Association of bars and restaurants were going to create this utopia of safety by banning HCP carry in their bailiwick??

makes you almost wonder if the gangs and thugs are paying off the elected officials to make sure no one has the ability to shoot back while they're on their killing spree's,, yet another reason, i don't even visit memphis. crooks and thugs everywhere, yeah, don't give the law abiding an ability to defend themselves it might cause crime to decrease, then the budget would get cut, can't have that.
