Contact Mayor Haslam and Knoxville City Council NOW!

On August 25, at 7 pm in the city county building, Knkoxville City council is once again going to do its liberal best to stifle the second amendment. Council man Steve Hall is going to introduce an ordinance which will allow the right to carry on Knoxville's dangerous bike trails and in its parks, which are often the scene of prostitution and drug dealing and even worse as the fate of the late Carline Slimmer, who was murdered on third creek bike trail, proves.
All believers in the right to self defense and the right to carry need to contact Mayor Haslam and members of Knoxville City Council and put pressure on them NOW! After the meeting on Tuseday, the 25th it will be too late.
This is a hostile city council who represent o one who makes less than 100,000 a year and is not a limousine liberal. They don't want to hear from us, but it is not necessary to make them see the light, just feel the heat, as Reagan would say.
