Possibile laws for next session?

I know that it is not directly related to firearms but:

I would like to see a law that would stip all state licenses and permits from any buisness that hires illegal aliens. All permits weither it be alcohol permit, or a doctors license. This would encourage companies to hire citizens and with out work many of the illegals would leave the state.

I would like to see (but know it is only a dream) Tennessee law changed such that it is no longer a misdemeanor to enter a posted business while carrying. If the owner / manager asks you to leave and you refuse, all stops get pulled at that point.

This opens a property owner's rights issue I know, but there are many states that already have this clause in their law but not ours.

Would love to see a law that if a school doesn't post like it's supposed to, then it would not be off limits. Basically, turn the no carry in school law into the restaurant law. If they want to ban carry, then they just post. That way private schools/colleges would be able to allow carry. It could even fly under the radar as it would just require a simple language change in the law to say that if you don't post the required sign, it becomes legal.

Changing the language works, the state of Texas did that several years ago with churches. One section of the law reads to the effect that carry is banned in churches, several paragraphs later in the same section it says only if they post. Most of the antis havent tripped to that and it has been several years since it was done. ( I have even had to explain it to police friends who have trouble reading legalese.)
