Listening to the broadcast of the show, I heard John talk about the 51% food to alcohol sales issue. Only thing I could find on the net was this.
I noticed that doing the "food audits", if the business failed to have 50%+ in food sales, they could be fined or shut down??
I have been unable to find anything more recent. Is there still a criteria for % of food sales still in effect to have the "Restaurant" restrictions satisfied?
