Restaurant and Park Carry

Can someone please update me on the status of the restaurant and park legislation. I know that both have technically passed, but when specifically do they go into action, and what are the specific stipulations? I know this info is probably stated throughout other sections of the forum, but interpreting the legalese and the ambiguity confuses me.

Restaurants - July 14 - but may be subject to Davidson County Chancery court issuing an injunction

Parks - State parks -now; Federal parks - February 2010 unless federal injunction is dropped; local parks - September 1 but we expect many local governments to ban carry in local parks by then.
