SHERIFF'S BUSED TO THE VETO CEREMONY

now the cat is out of the back that a sheriff in senator jackson's district informed him of how the sheriffs all loaded up on buses to attend the ceremony and how some refused once it was known why. the point is obviously we have now won our right to carry under hb 0962 ,however there still remains the fact the an abuse of tax dollars has been perpetrated and those guilty should pay the price just as they insist we would,(ordinary non-elite citizens). I dont know how to go about this but would most definitely sign the petition, any ideas?

Do you have any proof of this? I dont know if we could do anything legally but I am sure that the folks in Tennessee would love to know what our govenor is doing. I think it would make pretty good national news too.
In a time when Tennessee is about to layoff 1000 people because of budget shortfalls, the govenor spends thousands of dollars to bus in eyedressing for veto cermony.

Please read the statement by Bradley County Sheriff, Tim Gobble regarding this bill. We certainly need more law enforcement chiefs such as Sheriff Gobble on our side.

What law suddenly makes a "presidential venue" an area where no carry is allowed? If such a law exists, I would wager it would be interesting to contest it, seems rather arbitrary to suddenly have a right removed simply because one man enters the scene.
