The expiration of the AWB would return the law to the "pre-ban" days (unless there are any vestigage provisions that I am not aware of at this time). Thus, it would be as if the law had never existed (except of course for those convicted during its pendency). Thus, one would surmize that a magazine marked "LEO" would be of no more significance than one marked "HCI" or "Clinton was here"
