Well, Bob, what I'm hoping to hear are any and all suggestions to modify it to our own state's needs before bringing it to our representatives as a proposed bill, so I'm open to any other ideas about making an argument that the commerce clause would not apply to this. Perhaps a matter of suggesting that the current Federal application of the commerce clause is an infringement of the second amendment rights of the state's citizens, and therefore protection of the second amendment should be held superior to the current interpretation of the commerce clause within Tennessee's borders?
