TENNESSEE FIREARMS ASSOCIATION
KNOXVILLE CHAPTER

THE DECEMBER MEETING WILL BE HELD ON

TUESDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 4, 2007

Our guest speaker will be Mr. Trevor Putnam, the vice president of Coal Creek Armory. Trevor was the young man who was assaulted by a Knoxville Police Department law officer for “failing to carry his handgun concealed,” which according to this officer, was state law.
Trevor handled the situation with aplomb and will speak about his engagement with the officer. Many of us have wondered what we might do if we encountered a law enforcement officer who was not familiar with the Tennessee handgun carry provisions. Should be a very informative hour, so please join us.
