I don't know if anyone here is a member although I suspect the answer is yes. I know that the membership is full. (I had a chance to join about five years ago and am still kicking myself for passing the opportunity)
My question is do they ever allow non-members to shoot there? I have about three rifles that need to be zeroed.

No clue if they allow guests or not, but there's several other options for you.
The TWRA range at Hobson Pike in Antioch has a 100 yard line. Cost is $5.50 for two hours time.
Viola has up to a 300 yard line. Cost is $5-6, I can't remember which. There's also a range that's opened up near Clarksville that's supposed to have a 400 yard line, but I don't believe the 400 section is completed yet.
