Only Zack Wamp has signed on as cosponsor of H.R. 1791, Fairness in Firearm Testing Act, which requires the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to make video recordings of the examination and testing of firearms and ammunition.

No more arbitary declarations that some weapons are machine guns just because they malfunction.

Time to get the rest of our congress critters on board.
