SB3239/HB2860; Firearms permitted in state refuge...

Handgun Permits - Allows persons with a concealed carry permit to possess a firearm while in any state refuge, public hunting area or wildlife management area. - Amends TCA Title 70.

***The House sub-committee, Constitutional Protections of Judiciary, are supposed to vote on this today (March 22, 2006) but I am thinking it is going to get pushed to next week (March 29, 2006).***
