I recently had a converstaion with a friend who said, "If its properly posted, and you carry anyway, its a felony. If you get caught you face jail, confiscation of your weapon, and loss of your right to carry. If its not properly posted, all they can do is ask you to leave."

Those signs are for CYA for the businessowner or facolity. I carry my semi-auto 24/7 bks a cop is way too heavy and I know no mugger or killer or muslim jihadist will obey them anyways. As my old daddy taught me decades ago....son, it,s better to be tried by 12 than CARRIED by six. I do not know what the stupid law sez..and don,t shivvagit.

A fine of $500???
A trip to the ER to get sutured up after a non-fatal knife attack..or Rx for a bullet would from a thug's gun will cost you 10x more than the fine. Think about it. You are disarmed and the proprietor will NOT do a thing to protect YOU..no guards, no locked doors etc. You are helpless at that PLACE OF BUSINESS..or at least at a serious disadvantage compared to an ARMED thug...who will never disarm bks of a stupid SIGN!!!
