Anyone want to make an attempt at deciphering what this means. I got it off www.capitol.tn.gov/legislation. I am hoping it is not the beginning of the death of private sales.

Mousgun, you are correct in your reading of the bills. Good job not being fooled by the legal language. They are an attempt to ban private sales. We must be ever vigilant.

All confiscations began with registrations. MORE bravo Sierra from leftwing politicians..they SAY it's about "saving de chilrin", but it only effects honest taxpayers. Criminals will not follow the law if passed.
IMHO if these lefty fools were serious about saving chilrin..they wd ban..abortions.
