"full restoration of rights"

I have recently had my rights "fully" restored. I of course am seeking my right to bear arms again. My original charge was a felony drug charge nearly 7 years a go and since I have a court order from the circuit court judge in my county restoring my FULL rights of citizenship. There are so many opinions on this subject out there and I'm looking for the cut and dry version of the law and what my next step must be to truly get my gun rights back. I am an upstanding citizen and business owner in my county. I screwed up in the past and strongly regret it but have learned from it and put that behind me. Can anyone help me?
