Store violating 2nd amendment

To make a long story short a store where my son worked and allowed him to carry decided to fire him which was fine but what was not fine they banned him from the premises saying he might come back and shoot the place up! He was so upset. The fellow employees were joking about it and laughing thinking it was quite funny. As we all know we carry with the utmost respect and to have been banned for something the store allowed him to do? The store does not have - no weapons allowed sign. Any advice out there? Thanks. [
