Nashville Chapter meeting - Tuesday, September 15, 2015
Our special guest is Sergeant Larry Hitchcock with the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security (formerly TDOS). Sergeant Hitchcock started his career with the Tennessee Highway Patrol in 1994. He is assigned to TEMA as the Emergency Services Coordinator and Liaison for the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office. In this position, he oversees the Highway Patrol response to disasters and leads the ESF 13 Law Enforcement Functions in the State Emergency Operations Center. He also is the point of contact for all security escorted nuclear material being transported inside Tennessee.
Social / meal starts at 5:30pm
Formal meeting time is 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm
Seating is limited to about 100 so arrive early if you want a seat.
Arrive early - 5:00 to 5:30 would be good. Eat in the meeting room if possible and if not, get as close as you can. We will try finishing eating in the meeting room to clear out everything but drinks for the meeting if we have a large turnout.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO PAY AT GOLDEN CORRAL AS YOU COME IN FOR THE MEETING IF YOU ARE EATING. TELL THEM THAT AT THE CASH REGISTER THAT YOU ARE THERE FOR THE MEETING AND TO APPLY THE "GROUP RATE" WHICH INCLUDES YOUR DRINK.
You do not have to be a TFA member to attend nor do you have to be a resident of Nashville. Everyone is welcome and you are encouraged to bring guests.
